I’d like to add that A and B leaves open to interpretation what
customary animal husbandry means. Because mistreatment of livestock isn’t
customary by tradition farming standard. It’s only a practice by giant,
inhumane corporate farms. It still leaves avenues for courts to declare these
kinds of practices illegal. I interpreted to mean things like shoeing a horse.
Do it right and you drive a nail into unfeeling tissue. Do it wrong and you
drive a nail into a horse.
